Debt Settlement Negotiation services are provided by paralegals under the direction of our law firm. The client must have been in the program at least a year and have purchased the Financial Shield and/or Control Your Creditors, Privacy Package, and Response Package. (Credit Clean Up is optional).
We will attempt up to 3 times with each account to settle the debt for 10% of what was originally owed. You will have the option to accept or reject the final settlement position. Again, there is no guarantee of reaching this level of settlement; however, the authoritative approach we use, and the “system” we have put the creditors through will easily surpass what other companies claim that they can do.
Throughout this series of programs our objective is to prove to the creditors that are pursuing you that their efforts are too time consuming and will yield little return if any. By “wearing them down” using our system, they are more inclined to settle for less more quickly. They will then simply move on to the next name on a long list of the weak and vulnerable.
Other companies suggest that settling for 50% of what is owed is the best they can do. They simply fail to realize that there is a system to be followed. We have that system.
