MailGuard© will give you a new address in a garnishment protected state. The purpose of this module is to provide an address for creditors to use for mailing their collection notices and filing law suits. It will be the incorrect venue and thereby making the service invalid which is a strong defense in law suit settlement. You will send “Change of Address” notices to each of your creditors, informing them of your new mailing address. All of their collection letters will be received at our offices in a garnishment protected state.
